Pricing
Text over the basic property info. We'll package as an investment project, and present to our best buyers investing in that area. WITHOUT GIVING THEM THE ADDRESS
We're then able to get you a solid buy price you can present to your client.

Contract & Escrow
If the price is right, we'll do a 5 minute walkthrough to verify the property before contracting and putting down EMD. We use a standard AZ REALTORS® contract with your client's preferred terms.
No contingencies, fine print, or voo-doo.

COE
Once escrow is open at title, it takes us about 48 hours to assign the contract (as-is) to the best qualified buyer, who then funds and closes the transaction. The entire process is transparent.
You call the shots. You keep the commission.
The entire process only takes 10-14 days from start to finish.
End-Buyer pays our fee and closing costs** so you can pass the savings along to your client.
*"Closing costs" refers to escrow fees, owners policy, and HOA fees due a close of escrow. These costs do not include back fees, violation fees, liens, notary fees, or commissions.
